This is the good stuff. Good, thick chrome neck plate, not thin pot metal with wavy, funky thin chrome plate. Comes complete with four screws. The thin plates tend to dig in at the corners and pierce the finish- that's why cheap guitars use those plastic plate holders- to protect the finish. The solution? Get a big fat plate! Here you go...Quality all the way. I also have the big fat Tele Control Plates, Strat Jacks and all the other bright bits... As with all of my items, this is a brand new, factory fresh unit. I DO NOT disassemble guitars, pawn off used parts as new, or sell parts from the big catalog distributors.
